This committee develops and maintains a five year Capital Improvement Plan by reviewing all projects with a value of $25,000 or a life expectancy of  5 years.  As per the Athol Town Charter, this committee consists of seven members, and four are required for a quorum.  One member from the Finance Committee serves for two years.  One member from the Planning Board serves for two years.  Five members are appointed by the Town Manager to serve for four years.
